IF YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING EMAILS (ESPECIALLY THOSE WHICH CONTAIN
DOWNLOAD LINKS) PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE:

Our preferred method of communication is by email. ALL email enquiries are answered within 2
working days (although you will usually receive a reply within 24 hours).

Download links are emailed to you automatically by our server immediately after your card has
been authorized (within minutes if you pay via Paypal).

If you do not receive a reply to an email you have sent us or have not received the download links
for an order you have made, please check that you or your ISP do not have a spam or junk mail
filter running (especially if you use Hotmail, MSN, Yahoo, AOL, Lycos or a workplace email
address). All good Internet Service Providers should provide you with a spam/junk mail folder where
they place suspected junk mail so that you can review it before deleting it. However, many
customers are now reporting that their ISP is deleting emails without giving them the chance to
review them. THIS IS THE FAULT OF YOUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER AND NOT US. If
you find that you are not receiving emails (especially those which contain download links) because
your ISP is deleting/blocking them, please complain to your ISP and then contact us so that we
can arrange to send the links to you in another way.
