Download Problems
99.9% of problems with ordering can be attributed
to customers having cookies disabled in
their browser or their security / privacy settings set too high. Some
customers (especially those
using AOL browsers) may receive an error code 3005.
Cookies are used by most secure sites and
shopping cart systems to keep track of order data.
Busy websites like ours can have a large number of customers ordering
at any one time. In order
to keep the contents of your shopping cart unique to you, a cookie is
created which distinguishes
you from the other customers who may be on the website at the same time.
If cookies are turned
off in your browser you cannot place an order.
PayPal in particular may indicate an error
such as: "Unexpected error: 3005. We are experiencing
temporary difficulties. Please try again later."
In this case turn your cookies on, refresh the page or close the window,
bring it up again, and
make your purchases. After your purchases you may turn your cookies back
off if you wish.
Here's how to enable cookies:

also repeat this
....procedure with the Local internet icon selected.)
5. Click Custom Level. The Security Settings dialog box opens.
6. From the Settings list, scroll down to Cookies.
7. Under the Allow cookies that are stored on your system option, click
Enable and then click
.... "OK".
8. Under the Allow per session cookies (not stored) option, click Enable
and then click "OK"
9. Click "OK" to close the Internet Options dialog box.
Also make sure that your PRIVACY settings
are not set too high (as this can block the shopping cart from tracking

AOL browsers
AOL browsers behave differently to all others and it is preferable that
you do not use the AOL
browser. Use Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator to make purchases
unless you are
familiar with the way AOL handles cookies and security settings (even
different versions of
AOL have been known to behave differently). To do this, begin your internet/dial-up
connection
as normal via AOL, but when connected, minimize the AOL browser and use
Internet Explorer
instead (the big blue "e" icon).
ZIP
FILES
By now, most users will have encountered
zip files at some time in their computer using life.
Most computer files can be "zipped" to make them smaller and
easier to manage, especially
when they need to be transferred quickly over the internet.
Although mp3 is already a compressed file format, the mp3 file extension
can be confusing to
some browsers and operating systems. It is not unusal for a browser to
attempt to "play" a mp3
file rather than download it.
For this reason, all our Download Songs (MP3) have been "zipped"
(they have the file extension .zip)
which prompts your browser to download and save. When you have downloaded
your Song, they
can be unzipped in a couple of clicks of the mouse to restore them to
their original mp3 extension
and then played as normal.
If you do not already have a program to unzip your downloaded song, you
can download the excellent
FreeZip
program (FreeZip is a free program).
Once unzipped, the mp file (song) can be
burned to CD as to be played on any CD player (see README file
in your download)
