.Returns Policy
We support a full replacement policy on any damaged goods. Although every care is taken to ensure that products are in perfect condition when dispatched, in the event of goods arriving damaged in any way, Personaltune Ltd. will provide a full replacement if the goods are returned and proved to be defective in any way. Due to the special digitized nature of our products and the ease with which they can be duplicated, refunds are only given if it is proved that the goods have not been delivered.
Due to the nature of download sales we cannot offer any refund however we offer a replacement service.Disclaimer of Warranties
